CATHOLIC SISTER KINSE SHAKO ANASTASIA SACKED

Sister Kinse Shako Anastasia has been relieved of her membership of the Congregation of Mother of Perpetual Help of the Archangels sisters Auchi, Edo state.

Dismissed via a letter presented to her on September 24th 2025 though backdated to July 21st following a Facebook post on August 24 2025 where she made very scathing remarks amongst which were “we are not commodities for priests to use at will nor are we mistresses in veil. We are women called by God, consecrated to serve, prayer and the mission of the church ” she added by saying “Reverend sisters are not priests wives and bedmates”

When she crowned it by renouncing Christianity and claimed to have embraced Islam demanding that she should be called Salamatu, the Catholic Church knew this was a loose cannon.

Though she came back to say her pronouncement was made at a time of stress and pressure , the damage had already been done.

As matters stand, the Catholic Church and the sisterhood has distanced itself from her and she has been sent packing. She is no longer a sister.

This scenario was more like she had used her teeth to dig her grave?
