NIGERIA IS STILL THE SADDEST COUNTRY IN THE WHOLE WORLD

The Hanke Misery Index ranked Nigeria
as the seventh saddest nation in the world

The Hanke Misery drew its ranking based on the subsisting inflation rate in each indexed country, their rate of borrowing, both at the domestic and external level, and the prevailing
unemployment rate peculiar to each indexed country.

Then, the Hanke Misery research and subsequent findings ranked Venezuela as the number one saddest country in the whole world,
followed by Argentina, Iran, and Brazil
respectively.

But, this is 2025, two and half years following the emergence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, everything has gone awry, and the citizens are no longer happy to live in Nigeria.

This unhappiness stem from the cost of fuel, the exchange rate, galloping inflation, high unemployment rate, insecurity, among other travails the country is hitherto going through.

The above and more have all come together to make Nigeria the worst country to live in the entire globe and the saddest at that rate.
